Well, my weight was way up over Easter...then I got food poisoning and it went way down.
But, as of this morning...I'm back to my last low number.
.82% for me.
I'm happy with that. :)
Slow but steady...2.2%
.58% for me
1.71%. yahooo 1/2 lbs.
